I tried everywhere in Rochester trust me and until now couldn't find this level of quality that satisfied me.. The restaurant has the old school flavor i looked desperately for but couldnt find. The owner is the real deal and will make sure you mangia bene and leave with a happy stomach...Fairfield's is the only restaurant i trust for the best authentic pizza, calzones, char-grilled steaks, chicken sandwiches, desserts, burgers, scrumptious pastas...where do i begin. We love dining at Fairfield's, and try to go weekly-- the food is consistently excellent, the portions are good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is generally excellent too. Whether a choice for a special occasion or even a regular dinner out, Fairfield's does not disappoint!
The food is always excellent. I consider it high-end food for a good price. The staff have always been pleasant and attentive. The French onion soup tastes homemad. Thee mushroom burger was an excellent gourmet burger. Cooked exactly as I asked. Good onion rings. They have the best chicken broccoli alfredo around. Have been coming here for 20 years. The apple crumb cheesecake is beyond amazing. Really sweet. Tavo salad is good but spicy.
The staff was quick, attentive and very friendly. Huge variety of homemade desserts. Grilled meatballs are definitely a recommended appetizer.
I met a friend for dinner. I had Chicken French and a glass of Moscato. Both were exquisite, so much so I forgot to take pictures after the menu. The waitress didn't mind that we chatted for hours (we took good care of her).
Wow. Doesn’t get any better than this. Everytime I stop by and try something ,I’m so Happy I live so close to this fabulous restaurant, I may never go to another. Lol. My girlfriend and I went last night , The portions are amazingly generous, The food isn’t just good , it’s the best we’ve had I had the artichokes French, My friend the “Garbage Plate “. She’s the expert on this. She Said It was the best ever! And can’t forget our server ‘Jim’. So friendly ,A happy guy and very professional, I’ve been in the business and sadly, it’s very special to find everything so wonderful ,Try it , you’ll love it. !!!!!
They have a large and varied menu, We had the Wednesday Fish Fry (1 jaws, 1 minnow) beer battered style (breaded and broiled were also available) . Our waiter was pleasant and efficient. Rolls came quickly as did our dinners. The fish was delicious. Fresh, Hot and Flakey . Loved the steak fries. Hated the Cole slaw. It had absolutely no flavor. Price for the meals was reasonable. Would I go back? Yes.
